Product Description:
The machine adopts special mechanism (compressed air is not needed) to arrange disorderly bottles and keep their mouths upwards when they are delivered downstream. If the next working procedure lacks bottle, the unscrambler will continue working to ensure working continuity. If bottles are jammed in the next working procedure, the machine will stop automatically. The machine has the function of photoelectric inspection to ensure reliable and smooth running. If bottle size is changed, you only need adjust width of bottle conveying lane and relevant template. It is easy to operate, so generally operators can master. The product conforms to requirements of GMP.

2- PL2000IV High Speed Automatic Unscrambler
Product Description:
The machine is the latest generation high speed automatic unscrambler in China. (It consists of bottle lifting device, bottle arranging device and unscrambling mainframe.) Generally the unscrambler in current market is only available to arrangement of round or rectangular bottles. But the latest machine can solve the problem and applicable to various sizes of bottles as the national fastest unscrambler at present. The mainframe adjusts speed electronically to prevent bottles falling down. The machine has photoelectric controls, so it stops supplying bottles when bottles are jammed and infeeds bottles when lacking bottles. The product conforms to requirements of GMP.
