Clean Room Hatch

Description

Hengwei trolley hatches are designed as floor-mounted, to allow the transfer of heavy materials in an efficient and easy manner, without having to load and unload trolleys.  The flush interior to the hatch, allows easy cleaning.  The hatch includes the interlock system.

The hardened plate glass doors ensure minimal pressure loss when passing products or equipment between clean rooms and lower grade areas, and ensure visibility for easy movement of trolleys between rooms.

The hatches are available in a range of material construction, including 304/316 grade or epoxy powder coated GI sheet.  The hatch is certified 1-hour fire-rated trolley hatch, of stainless steel construction, complete with stainless steel door and vision panel.
